Armed Robbery In Exeter – Two Arrested MASON & SEDLAK

(SOUTH HURON, ON) – As a result of an investigation led by the Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Crime Unit two males have been arrested and charged following a robbery that took place on February 27, 2018 at the Exeter Variety located on Wellington Street in Exeter.

A tip from the public helped police locate the suspect vehicle that was used in the robbery and from there police were able to identify and locate the getaway driver and the masked robber.

Both suspects were arrested by police without incident in Exeter on Friday, March 2, 2018.

Huron OPP have charged Adam MASON, 30 years of age from Exeter with Robbery Using a Fiream. He remains in custody with a court appearance scheduled for today’s date at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich.

Also charged is Ryan SEDLAK, 29 years of age from Exeter with Robbery Using a Firearm and Using a Disguise with Intent. He remains in custody with a court appearance scheduled for today’s date at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich.
