On December 11, 2016 Waterloo Regional Police responded to a break and enter in progress at an address on Weber Street West in Kitchener. Upon arrival, officers located a man holding a knife. He was arrested and charged for weapons dangerous, break and enter with intent and breach probation. A second adult man fled the scene but was arrested a short time later.
