(South Glengarry) – On August 28, 2014 at approximately 10:18pm, an SD&G OPP officer had the occasion to stop a vehicle being driven erratically on Highway 401, South Glengarry Township. The stop revealed the adult male driver was under the influence of alcohol.
Armand BEAUDRY (71) of Louiseville, Quebec was arrested and is charged with;
– Driving Motor Vehicle while Ability Impaired
– Driving with More than 80 milligrams of Alcohol in Blood
He was released and scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Alexandria on October 1, 2014.
