(ESPANOLA, ON)- On October 17, 2016, at approximately 9:11 p.m., members from the Espanola Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) initiated a traffic stop on Highway 17, in the township of Nairn-Hyman.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the male driver was under suspension.
Anthony DEBASSIGE, 43 years of age, from M’Chigeeng, was charged with the following: Driving while under suspension, contrary to section 53(1) of the Highway Traffic Act
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Espanola, on December 2, 2016.
