(South Huron, ON) Members of the Huron OPP Crime Unit along with the Office of the Ontario Fire Marshall are currently investigating the second suspicious fire in just over two weeks on Algonquin Drive in Huron Park. The second fire was reported on August 2, 2010 at approximately 1:30 am. A riding lawn mower was destroyed in a portable tent style shed located beside an Algonquin Drive residence. Once again, no one was injured.
At this time police are not stating that the two fires are related, however the investigation is still in its early stages.
