(MUNICIPALITY OF TRENT LAKES, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and emergency crews were dispatched to assist at a snowmobile collision on Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs (OFSC) trail E108 near Crystal Lake Road Saturday afternoon shortly before 4:30pm.
The female operator was riding with a small group when she failed to negotiate a turn and struck a tree.
The 47-year old female rider from Barrie, Ontario was transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
