Another School Break And Enter – Seaforth This Time

(HURON EAST, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers including members from the Community Street Crimes Unit (CSCU) continue to investigate a string of recent break, enter and thefts of electronics from some of the area elementary schools.

The most recent break, enter and theft took place at the Seaforth Public School located on Chalk Street North in Seaforth. Sometime between February 23, 2018 and 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, February 25, 2018 suspects forced entry into the school through a window. Once inside the school several computers and electronic devices were stolen.

Stolen items include: Seven HP Stream laptop computers (one has since been recovered), two Lenovo Chromebooks, three Apple Ipads, Apple chargers, one Sphero robot and a two-way radio set.

A total value of the stolen goods is unknown at this time.
