(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County Detachment is investigating following a robbery at a Fourth Line, Oneida Township, Haldimand County, Ontario address.
On Friday December 9, 2016 at approximately 2:50 p.m., OPP responded to a robbery at a residence where it was reported three males had entered the residence and confronted a female.
OPP investigation, thus far, has determined that three unknown male suspects entered the residence and confronted the lone female occupant. All three suspects were wearing dark clothing and had their faces disguised. Two of the suspects produced firearms in front of the female. The suspects searched the residence before fleeing the area in a red Ford four door style vehicle.
The female was not injured.
It is not known at this time what the suspects removed from the residence.
The suspects are described as follows:
Suspect 1: white, 6’ tall with thin build
Suspect 2: white, 6’ tall with medium build
Suspect 3: white, 6’ tall with medium build
No further descriptors were provided.
The investigation is ongoing.
