(TOWNSHIP OF GEORGIAN BLUFFS, ON) – On Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at approximately 3:13 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a break-in and theft of jewelry from a residence on Balmy Beach Road, in the Township of Georgian Bluffs.
Sometime between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. on August 14th, unknown person(s) entered the residence through an unlocked rear door. The home owner was outside cutting the front lawn when the incident occurred.
Jewelry consisting of ladies gold bracelets, chains, rings, and diamond earrings were taken. The total value of the stolen jewelry is estimated to be $9,600.
