(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) On Sunday May 23, 2010 a property owner contacted police advising that sometime between 12 noon on Saturday May 22, 2010 and 6 p.m. on Sunday May 23, 2010 two ATV’s were stolen from a storage barn near the intersection of Road 124 and Perth Line 86.
Investigation by the Perth County OPP revealed that the lock on the man-door of the storage barn had broken allowing entry into the building. The suspect(s) opened the rollup door on the east side of the building and drove the ATV’s towards Road 124 where the machines tracks could be observed leading in a south bound direction.
Description of ATV’s;
o A 2001 Bombardier TRX (Traxter) 500cc, yellow and black in colour VIN # 2BVACFAC61V000969, there was no licence plate attached to the machine.
o A children’s 50 cc ATV, camo green in colour.
