(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) On Sunday evening August 18, 2013, a resident from Line 28 (South West of Mitchell) contacted the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) to report the theft of an ATV.
Investigation revealed that sometime between 8:15 p.m. on Friday August 16, 2013 and 6 p.m. on Sunday August 18, 2013, someone entered onto the rural property and removed a 2006 lime green coloured Arctic Cat ATV. The 500cc machine had an Ontario licence plate 37HT8 and had cracked rear fenders. The ATV had been parked inside an old grain bin which was used as a storage shed. The grain bin does not have a door and the ATV was visible from the road. The ATV had a full tank of fuel and the key had been left in the ignition.
