On April 30, 2015 at approximately 5:30 a.m. a male approached a 20 year old male with a handgun and demanded money. This robbery took place in the area of King Street E and Cedar Street in the City of Kitchener. The suspect fled on foot when he spotted a police officer patrolling the area. The suspect was last seen running behind the parking lots on Cedar Street towards Charles Street East. He is is described as: White, 16 to 21 years of age, 5ft 8in – 6 ft, wearing a black and red hooded jacket. The handgun was dropped by the suspect prior to running away, it has since been recovered.
