(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On Saturday November 29, 2014, at approximately 9:35am Quinte West OPP responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Highway 401 near the East Bound En Route.
When police arrived on scene they observed a vehicle in the ditch with minor damage. After a police investigation it was noted that the driver of the motor vehicle had been consuming alcohol.
Anojan THANGAVELAUTHAM, 38, of Scarborough has been charged with Driving with More than 80mgs of Alcohol in Blood. The male was arrested and released with a court date in December.
