(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were called to a single motor vehicle collision on Thompson Road near Alberton Road in the County of Brant on November 25, 2014, at approximately 6:35 p.m.
Officers attended the scene and located a white Toyota in the ditch. While the officer was talking to the driver, he observed all the usual signs of impairment by alcohol. The female driver was transported to the County of Brant OPP detachment for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Anne FERGUSON 66 years of age from the Haldimand County is facing the following criminal charges

Drive Over 80 mgs of Blood Alcohol Content
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on January 9, 2015 to answer to the charges.
