On August 24, 2013, a concerned citizen called the Guelph Police in regard to a male that they had observed entering a vehicle. Police attended to the area and a vehicle stop was conducted on Wyndham Street. Through investigation, the grounds were formed that the male was impaired and he was placed under arrest.
Ankush VASISHTA, 42 years of Guelph has been charged with impaired driving and fail to provide sample. He will appear in court on October 4, 2013.
