(HALIBURTON, ON) – On December 17, 2015 at approximately 1:36pm, a Haliburton Highlands Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer conducted a traffic stop on a Ford pickup truck for a traffic violation on Highway 35, near Nye Lane in Minden Hills Township.
As a result of the investigation, Angelina GUIOTTO, 21 years of age from Fenelon Township, has been charged with the following offences:
Driving while under suspension contrary to sec 53(1) of the Highway Traffic Act (HTA)
Drive motor vehicle, no currently validated permit contrary to sec 7(1)(a) of the HTA
The female is scheduled to appear in Provincial Offences Court of Justice in Minden on January 7, 2016.
