(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 21-year-old female after police stopped a motor vehicle at a Queensway East, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Monday, February 20, 2017, at approximately 12:25 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Queensway East when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police have charged a 21-year-old Angela KELL of Milton, Ontario with novice driver – blood alcohol content above zero, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
She was subsequently issued with a Provincial Offences Notice.
