(Madawaska Valley Township, ON) On April 14, 2015 at approximately 3:00am members of the Killaloe Detachment of The Ontario Provincial Police, The Ontario Provincial Police Tactical Response Unit, The Ontario Provincial Police Emergency Response Unit, The Ontario Provincial Police Canine Unit and the Ontario Provincial Police Crisis Negotiator attended a residence on Sunny Hill Road, Madawaska Valley Township in response to a barricaded female.
Angela HIGGINSON-KUIACK, 28 years of age of Madawaska Valley Township has been charged with
– Assault with a weapon contrary to section 267(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
– Break and Enter contrary to section 348(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
– Mischief contrary to section 430(4) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
HIGGINSON-KUIACK is scheduled to appear in Killaloe Court on May 6, 2015.
