(TOWN OF MINTO, ON) – On August 2, 2015 at approximately 12:56 a.m. a Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer spoke with the driver of a 2010 Mazda regarding a traffic violation. During the investigation, police located and seized suspected cocaine and suspected marihuana from the passenger. He was arrested and released at that scene with a court date.
25-year-old Andrew ZEIGLER-LEIS of Kitchener has been charged with Possession of Marihuana Under 30 Grams and Possession of Cocaine contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on September 4, 2015 to answer to these charges.
