Andrew VAUGHAN – Drunk Driving

(BRIGDEN, ON) On October 13, 2013 at around 1:00 a.m., Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) located a Chrysler vehicle in a field in the area of First Street and Brigden Road. While speaking with the driver it was determined that he had been consuming alcoholic beverages and subsequent tests indicated that he was over the legal limit. The male, 22 year old Andrew VAUGHAN from Sarnia, will appear in a Sarnia court at a later time to speak to the charges of:

Care and control while impaired

Care and control being over the legal limit

Failing to comply with an undertaking (two counts)
