Andrew GLENN – Methamphetamine, Breach

(GODERICH, ON) – A 40 year old from Goderich is facing several Breach of Probation Order charges along with a Possession of a Controlled Substance charge following an incident that took place on July 2, 2014. At approximately 3:40 p.m. a Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer observed a wanted male enter a convenience store located on Victoria Street South. The male was wanted for outstanding breach of probation order charges.

Prior to making contact with the male, the wanted male attempted to hide a quantity of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia amongst food on the store shelves. Officers arrested the male for the outstanding charges and were able to locate the drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine.

As a result, 40 year old Andrew GLENN, from Goderich has been charged with three counts of Failing to Comply with a Probation Order and single count of Possession of a Schedule I Substance (Methamphetamine). He remains in custody with a court appearance scheduled for July 10, 2014 at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich
