(TORONTO, ON) – The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of their Breach of Parole.
Amir NAVARCHI (also known as Joseph HOBBINS) is described as male, Middle Eastern, 29 years of age, 5’8 (173 cm), 188 lbs (85kg).
He has tattoos on his right forearm of a skull and bones, “Moses” and “Crush”. He also has a map of Iran on his right shoulder and a fist and revolver on his left shoulder.
He is serving a three year and six month sentence for Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose Of Trafficking and with Possession of Oxycontin Pills for the Purpose of Trafficking.
The offender is known to frequent both the cities of Toronto and Peterborough.
