(ELLIOT LAKE, ON) – The East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended a residence on Bailey Lane in Eliot Lake at approximately 11:07 p.m. on July 11, 2015. Police investigated and learned that the suspect had attended the area and allegedly confronted the victim.
Charged with the following is Amber Ann BROWN (28) of Elliot Lake
Public Mischief as per s. 140(1)(b) of the Criminal Code
Possession of a Schedule ll substance as per s. 4(1) of the Controlled Drug Substance Act
Carrying concealed weapon as per s. 90 of the Criminal Code
Uttering Threats – Uttering death or Bodily Harm as per s. 264 1 (1)(a) of the Criminal Code
The accused is scheduled to appear in court on October 6, 2015 in Elliot Lake.
