(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 31-year-old female after police stopped a motor vehicle at a Highway 24, Windham, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Friday, April 21, 2017, at approximately 11:20 p.m., police were contacted by a concerned citizen about a vehicle that was travelling northbound on Highway 24. Officers patrolling the area located the vehicle and subsequently stopped it to investigate the driver.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 31-year-old Alycia Susan DUCHENE, of Norfolk County, Ontario with impaired driving, driving over the legal limit, driving while under suspension and two (2) counts of fail to comply with undertaking along with fail to comply with recognizance.
She is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
