(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment arrested a 30 year old male after police responded to an incident at a Walker Street, Port Dover, Norfolk County, ON address.
On Thursday, August 1, 2013 at approximately 9:22 pm, police responded to an address after being contacted by a concerned citizen.
Through investigation it has been determined that two males became involved in a verbal altercation which then escalated into a physical confrontation.
As a result of police investigation a male was subsequently arrested.
Charged with Assault, is 30 year old Christopher Robert PURVIS from Banff, Alberta.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
