(HALDIMAND COUNTY ON) – The Haldimand County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), officers were called to a suspicious person call on Lock Street in Dunnville, Haldimand County, Ontario.
At approximately 1:46 a.m. on November 3rd, 2013 were called to the Lock Street address. While officers were travelling to Lock Street, they received another call that an altercation had taken place. Officer attended the Lock Street residence and found one man suffering from an injury.
After further investigation by officers and the Haldimand County Crime Unit, Noah EDGAR 31 years of age from Haldimand County is facing the following Criminal charges
Aggravated Assault
Fail to Comply with Undertaking
Unlawfully in Dwelling House
The accused is currently being held in custody awaiting a bail hearing.
