(STRONG TWP, ON) On Saturday, April 12, 2014 at approximately 12:00 a.m., the Almaguin Highlands Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a Mazda 3 on Highway 11, Strong Township. The vehicle was travelling at a high rate of speed and the driver, Volodymyr MIKLYUKH, 21, of Mississauga, Ontario was subsequently charged with race a motor vehicle, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.
