(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Haldimand County detachment has charged a 60 year old male with Drinking and Driving related offences after conducting a vehicle stop at a Second Line, Mississaugas of the New Credit First Nation address.
On Sunday December 15th, 2013 at approximately 2:25 am Police stopped a white 2006 Cadillac SUV on Second Line to conduct a possible stolen vehicle incident. While the officer was speaking with the driver evidence of impaired driving was detected which, led to the driver being arrested.
Charged with Impaired Driving and Driving over the Legal Limit of Alcohol is 60 year old Allen HILL of Six Nations of the Grand River First Nation. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
