(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 61 year old male with drinking and driving related offences at a Highland Boulevard, Caledonia, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Tuesday April 12th, 2016 at approximately 4:35 pm, members of the Haldimand OPP stopped a grey 2006 Pontiac van car for a sobriety check.
Upon speaking with the driver, Officers could detect signs of impairment which resulted in his arrest.
As a result of the investigation the driver of the van identified as 61 year old Ronald ALLEN of Haldimand County, ON has been charged with Impaired Operation of a motor vehicle, and Operate Motor Vehicle with over the legal limit of alcohol. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
