(Municipality of Trent Lakes, ON) At approximately 3:23 p.m. Peterborough County OPP Marine Unit investigated a boater on Buckhorn Lake.
OPP Marine Unit officers patrolling Buckhorn Lake while conducting boating safety patrols investigated a male with open liquor, who was operating a small water craft on Buckhorn Lake.
As a result of the investigation, 60 year old Alfred WOLTER of Oshawa has been charged with, Over 80 mgs of alcohol in a 100ml of Blood, and Operating a boat with open container of liquor.
WOLTER was released from custody with a September 26, 2013 court date set in Peterborough Courts.
