(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON) – This morning, September 29, 2016 shortly after midnight a vehicle was checked in Fenelon Falls on Francis Street East for a driving infraction.
The driver, after an investigation, was arrested and charged with Driving with More than 80 mg of Alcohol in 100 ml of Blood contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused, 71 year old, Alexandra BARRETT of Fenelon Falls is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay on October 20, 2016.
