(Embrun, ON) On August 18, 2013 OPP Constable Sean Byrne was on patrol on Highway 417 Westbound. The officer noticed a vehicle swerving from one lane to the other. The vehicle was stopped and the officer noticed a smell of alcohol coming from the driver. The driver was asked to provide a breath sample into the Roadside Screening device. The driver refused to provide the required breath samples.
