(Bancroft, Ontario) – On the 25th of January 2015, the Bancroft detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to the report of a theft at the Best Western Sword Motor Inn on Hastings Street North in the Town of Bancroft. Investigation revealed that cash had been stolen at the location.
Investigation into the incident has resulted in 53 year old Alexander IBEY of Bancroft, Ontario being charged with:

Breach of Recognizance
He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing on the 04th of February 2015 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville, Ontario.
