(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 22-year-old male after police stopped a motor vehicle at a Brantford Road, Windham, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, December 10, 2016, at approximately 7:10 p.m., members from the West Region Highway Enforcement Team were conducting patrols in the area of Brantford Road, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 22-year-old Alex Arnet CARRIER of Norfolk County, Ontario with possession of Marihuana, possession of Cannabis Resin and speeding.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
