ALERT – Suspicious Person Watching Children From Mini Van

(KINCARDINE, ON.) – On July 10, 2009 at 4:55 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a concern of a suspicious male at the Davidson Centre, 601 Durham Street, Kincardine, Ontario. The male was observed parked in a Gold Plymouth mini van for approximately an hour observing the children playing at Lions Park. The male may have been travelling with a female in her 30’s.

Description of male:
5’10”, skinny, blond hair
Wearing beige hat, orange shirt, jeans
Had a necklace with a marijuana leaf on it
Acting strangely
