(SYDENHAM TWP, ON) – Grey County OPP is investigating an incident of animal cruelty that took place at 11:34 am, on October 12th, 2010 along Concession 1 in Sydenham Township.
A light blue vehicle, possibly an SUV, stopped on Concession 1 and called out to a dog that was wandering along the edge of the road. The dog is described as a German Shepherd, around a year old, with a wide blue collar and quite friendly.
