(BLANDFORD BLENHEIM TOWNSHIP, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Oxford County Detachment has charged a 36 year old male and 54 year old male after police located a vehicle at an Oxford Road 2, Blandford Blenheim Township, Ontario address.
On Tuesday, February 18, 2014, at approximately 11:49 p.m., police were patrolling the area of Oxford Road 2 and observed a vehicle that was in the ditch. Through the course of investigation the driver and passenger of the motor vehicle were located and subsequently arrested.
While the accused was being transported to detachment, the cruiser sustained interior damage. As a result, the accused was transported to a local area hospital with minor injuries and was released.
Charged with the following offences is 36 year old Jeremiah Andre REED of Woodstock, Ontario.
Resisting Arrest
Mischief Under $5000
Breach of Recognizance X2
Fail to Comply with Probation Order X2
Charged with Being intoxicated in a public place contrary to the Liquor Licence Act is 54 year old Richard EMBURY of Woodstock, Ontario.
Both are to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock at a later date to answer to the charges.
