(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 27 year old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Balsam Trail, Port Rowan, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Tuesday, December 31, 2013, at approximately 2:40 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Concession 1 of South Walsingham, when a vehicle attracted an officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated at Balsam Trail and Washington Drive.
Charged with Impaired Driving and Driving over the legal limit is 27 year old Nicholas Andrew Paul GLAVAZ of Norfolk County, Ontario.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
