(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 29 year old male and 20 year old female after police stopped a vehicle at a Concession 13, Townsend, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Friday, September 26, 2014, at approximately 9:07 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Highway 24 and Concession 13, when a vehicle attracted an officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 29 year old Terry Spencer CUTHBERTSON of Haldimand County, Ontario with the following offences.
Possession for the purpose of trafficking Marihuana
Possession of ammunition while prohibited
Drive while under suspension X2
Charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking Marihuana is 20 year old Erin FLETCHER of Haldimand County, Ontario.
Both are to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
