(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 39 year old male after police stopped a vehicle at an Auty Street, Waterford, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Friday, November 15, 2013, at approximately 8:38 p.m., police received a call from a concerned citizen about a motor vehicle travelling southbound on Old Highway 24. The vehicle was located and subsequently stopped and investigated.
Charged with Possession of Marihuana is 39 year old Garnett RICKETTS of Kitchener, Ontario.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
