(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 27 year old male after police stopped a vehicle at a West Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Monday, November 18, 2013, at approximately 10:32 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Talbot Street South, when a vehicle attracted an officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
Charged with Possession of Marihuana and operate motor vehicle with open container of liquor is 27 year old Cody GRUMMETT of Brantford, Ontario.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
