(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 34 year old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Victoria Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Thursday, February 13, 2014, at approximately 1:25 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Pond Street, when a vehicle attracted an officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped at Victoria Street and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged Daryl Christopher ECKENSTEIN of Woodstock, Ontario with Driving over the legal limit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
