ALERT CITIZEN CONTACTS POLICE – TWO MALES ARRESTED AFTER ENTERING PARKED VEHICLES

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment were contacted by an alert citizen after noticing two suspicious males at a Talbot Street South, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.

On Thursday, March 20, 2014 at approximately 9:51 p.m., an alert citizen observed two suspicious males entering several vehicles that were parked on the roadway. The males were subsequently followed and police were called.

As a result of police investigation, a 16 year old male of Norfolk County, Ontario was arrested and charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000.

The second 16 year old male of Norfolk County, Ontario was arrested and charged with Theft Under $5000, Obstruct Police and Possession of Marihuana.

Both will appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
