(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 33 year old male with Drinking and Driving related offences after police were called about a vehicle at a Church Street West, Delhi, Norfolk County, ON address.
On Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at approximately 2:24 am, police were contacted by a concerned citizen about the driver of a vehicle that was stopped in a parking lot. The vehicle subsequently left and was last seen travelling east bound on Highway 3.
As a result of investigation, police located the vehicle at a Highway 3 and Turkey Point Road address and subsequently arrested a 33 year old male.
Charged with the following offences is 33 year old Jack Russell HILL from Brant County, ON.
Impaired Driving
Driving over the legal limit
Driving while under suspension
Driving motor vehicle with open container of liquor
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
