On September 14, 2013, at 3:58 a.m., the Guelph Police observed a motor vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed in the area of Gordon Street. A traffic stop was conducted and the male driver spoken too. A demand was made for a roadside breath sample. He failed this test and was arrested. Further investigation and a search of the male subsequent to arrest discovered that he was breaching a curfew condition and was also in possession of a small quantity of marihuana.
Ahmed LIBAN, 21 years of Mississauga has been charged with drive over 80mg, breach officer in charge undertaking and possession of a controlled substance. He will appear in court on September 24, 2013.
