Adrienne LANDERS Busted For Cocaine Trafficking Again

(DRYDEN, ON) – On Thursday July 16, 2015 members of the Ontario Provincial Police Red Lake Detachment along with Dryden Detachment members of the Community Drug Action Team (CDAT) conducted traffic enforcement and stopped a Blue Pontiac car on Highway 17 in the Township of Machin.

Upon investigation, the driver Adrienne LANDERS (44years old) of Red Lake Ontario was found in possession of Cocaine with an estimated value of $4,300.00. LANDERS has been charged with:

1) Possession for the purpose of trafficking (Cocaine) contrary to section 5(2) of the Controlled drugs and substance Act

2) Possession of a controlled substance (Morphine) contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and substance Act

3) Possession of a controlled substance (Marihuana) contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and substance Act

4) Possession of property obtained by Crime under $5000.00 contrary to section 354(1)(a) of the Criminal Code

LANDERS was also charged in May of 2015 in the Township of Machin with the following charges. These charges are still before the court:

1)Possession for the purpose of trafficking (Cocaine) contrary to section 5(2) of Controlled Drugs and substance Act

2)Possession of a controlled substance (Marihuana) contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and substance Act

3)Possession of property obtained by Crime under $5000.00 contrary to section 354(1)(a) of the Criminal Code

LANDERS’ motor vehicle has been seized as offense related property and she has been held in custody for a bail hearing in Sioux Lookout on July 17, 2015.
