(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TWP, ON) On November 10, 2013, at approximately 11:32 a.m., a Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was conducting moving radar enforcement on Wellington County Road 51 near Wellington County Road 39, Guelph-Eramosa Twp. The officer observed a 2012 Nissan travelling westbound at 130 km/h in an 80 km/h zone.
Adelena ROSE age 42 of Guelph-Eramosa Twp has been charged with Race a Motor Vehicle contrary to the Highway Traffic Act. Her driver’s licence has been suspended and vehicle seized for a period of 7 days as per statute. She is scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on December 18, 2013 to answer to the charge.
