(CENTRE WELLINGTON TOWNSHIP, ON) – On January 20, 2015 at approximately 8:50 p.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were patrolling William Street, Salem and stopped a male driving a 1999 Honda for a traffic violation. During the investigation, police located suspected marijuana. The male was arrested and released at the scene with a court date.
Adam RUTTAN of Toronto is charged with Possession of Marijuana Under 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on February 27, 2015 to answer the charge.
