Adam MOLDOWN Arrested For Breaching Curfew Condition

Male arrested for breaching curfew condition

(MIDDLESEX COUNTY, ON) On Sunday July 28, 2013 at 2:28 a.m. a member of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Exeter Road at Bessemer Road for a traffic related offence. During the course of the traffic stop police learned that the driver was breaching a curfew related condition.

As a result of an investigation police have charged Adam MOLDOWN, age 21 of London, ON with one count of Failing to Comply with Undertaking or Recognizance as per Section 145(3) of the Criminal Code of Canada. The accused was held in police custody and is scheduled to appear in a London Court room today to speak to the charges.
