(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 23 year old male after police investigated a motor vehicle collision at a Nixon Road, Windham, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, July 11, 2015 at approximately 12:10 a.m., police were called to investigate a single motor vehicle collision which had left the roadway.
Through the course of investigation it was determined that a motor vehicle was travelling on Nixon Road when the vehicle left the roadway and entered the ditch.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 23-year-old Abram KLASSEN of Norfolk County, Ontario with impaired driving and driving over the legal limit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
